At DELAMISA, we are committed to offering a refined shopping experience with carefully selected fashion pieces. To maintain quality standards and protect our brand, all returns and exchanges are governed strictly by the policy outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of successful payment, provided the order has not entered the processing or shipping stage.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be subject to processing and handling fees, which will be deducted from any approved refund.
Orders that have entered the shipping stage cannot be cancelled.
2. General Return Policy
All sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the limited circumstances described below.
3. Eligible Return & Exchange Cases
A return or exchange request will be reviewed only if:
- The customer receives an item that is clearly different from the item ordered.
- The item received has a confirmed manufacturing defect that affects its normal use.
4. Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for review, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
Any request that does not meet all of the above requirements will be automatically declined.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
- Size or fit issues (customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before purchase)
- Loose threads, fabric texture, or initial fabric odors
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
6. Refund Method
No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be issued.
Approved cases will be compensated through:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- Store credit to be used on future purchases within a specified period.
All refund or exchange decisions are made at the sole discretion of DELAMISA FASHION.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.
- DELAMISA FASHION does not cover shipping fees, customs duties, or any additional charges.
8. Review & Processing Time
- Requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days.
- All decisions are final and non-negotiable.
9. Abuse of Policy
DELAMISA FASHION reserves the right to refuse service, deny future orders, or restrict accounts in cases of repeated returns, misuse, or abuse of this policy
10. Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy in full.
